Is It Possible to Fix FileName:~QQShellExt64_1.dll Error?

I have tried to install a software for many times, however, I always get a pop-up error "This application has failed to start because FileName:~QQShellExt64_1.dll was not found." I've tried to figure it out on my own. Nothing happened. One problem is I'm not sure if I have done the right thing to fix this error. I need professioncal suggestions.
