I've tried several times to install a program, however, I always received the following error message "Cannot start [APPLICATION]. A required component is missing: CloudFileProto.dll. Please install [APPLICATION] again." I've tried to figure it out on my own. It didn't work! I don't know if I have done the right thing. I need professioncal suggestions.
