Unable to Fix DISMAPI.dll Error? Try SmartPCFixer

I need to install a software on my PC, however, I always get a pop-up error "This application failed to start because DISMAPI.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I've tried to figure it out on my own. But I still got the same message. I don't know if I have done the right thing. I need professioncal suggestions.
