How to Get Rid of CHECKAUTORUN2.dll Error

I've tried several times to install a program, but I always get a message saying "Cannot find [PATH]\CHECKAUTORUN2.dll" I've downloaded the CHECKAUTORUN2.dll zip file I need from internet.
